Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

All of our products are certified cruelty-free through the Leaping Bunny Program! This means our products are guaranteed to be 100 percent free of animal testing.



All SkinKick products, except for the Daily Exfoliant Cleanser, are vegan. This is because we use an awesome enzyme exfoliant from caviar extract. We made a conscious decision to use this enzyme rather than commonly-used acids because it allows our cleanser to protect your natural skin barrier instead of stripping it of moisture.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. If you know someone located in the U.S. or will be traveling here soon, check out our US retailer locations by visiting our store locator here.

Can I use SkinKick if I am pregnant?

Yes, SkinKick has had third parties with medical backgrounds report that our products are safe for pregnant women and work well for hormonal breakouts due to cycle, pregnancy, and stress. Please be assured our formulations are gentle and safe for all skin types. However, we cannot make a medical opinion and always suggest you check with your doctor before using any products while pregnant or nursing.

How do I view my account?

To view your account

2. Enter the email address associated with your SkinKick account

3. Enter your password

4. Click the blue ‘LOGIN’ button

If you’ve forgotten your password

2. Click ‘Forgot your password

3. Enter the email address associated with your SkinKick account

4. Check your email for a direct link to update your password 

5. Create a new password

*If you have placed an order on skinkick.com but did not activate your account or set a password, please email help@skinkick.com or contact us here and we will send you an account activation link. 

How do I track my order?

To track your order:

1. Login into your SkinKick account, or click here

2. Scroll down to ORDERS

3. Click on the Order # next to the shipment you want to track


Our Shipping Policy

Orders placed on skinkick.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

How do I change my shipping address?

To change or update your shipping address:

1. Go to skinkick.com and click 'Account' in the top right, or click here to login

2. Click on 'View Addresses'

3. You can either 'Edit' or 'Delete' the current address on file or scroll to the bottom to 'Add a new address'

What is your cancellation policy?

Turn off your subscription at any time from your account. Also feel free to email us at help@skinkick.com or contact us here.

3. Select 'cancel' next to your order


How do I unsubscribe from SkinKick emails?

To unsubscribe from all SkinKick emails, scroll to the bottom of any one of those emails and click "Unsubscribe".

How do I change my billing information?

To change or update your billing info:

1. Go to skinkick.com and click 'Account' in the top right, or click here to login

2. Click on the 'Manage My Subscriptions' button

3. Click on 'Billing information'

4. Click on 'Update card' located under your card details

Why was I billed when I didn't receive a new shipment this month?

When you sign up for a subscription, we bill you in one month increments.

If you have not yet received your shipment, here is how you can track your order:

1. Login into your SkinKick account

2. Scroll down to ORDERS

3. Click on the Order # next to the shipment you want to track

If you have a subscription for any of our 2-Step Duo systems, please note:

Your first month, you will receive a 3-day supply of your new 2-step skincare system. After your first shipment, your subscription plan shifts to 'eco-mode'. We will ship you a 60-day supply of your products and then continue to only ship every 60 days — this means fewer bottles, less pollution, more savings and a happier planet! To make life simple, we will bill you in one-month increments. 

*Our 2-Step Duo systems include: Blemish Kick Duo, Renew Kick Duo, and Dope Kick Duo.

How do I change my subscription?

To change your subscription:

1. Go to skinkick.com and click 'Account' in the top right, or click here to login

2. Click on the 'Manage My Subscriptions' button

3. You can either edit your subscription or cancel it or you can add a new product to your subscription
