Shipping

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on skinkick.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm CDT will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. SkinKick is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. If you know someone located in the U.S. or will be traveling here soon, check out our US retailer locations by visiting our store locator here.

Return Policy

SkinKick strives to provide clean + natural skin care solutions and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not loving your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or return. We accept returns for a full refund within 90 days from the ship date.

NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

SkinKick wants you to love our products as much as we do. Please note, that it can take up to 2-4 weeks to start seeing results, but we promise that it’s worth the wait. However, if you are not satisfied with the results from any of our products, we are happy to help you find a solution or answer any questions. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you’d like to make a return, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please print your order receipt. This can be found in your account under Order Details or your order confirmation email.
  2. Securely pack the unused portion of the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include the order receipt in the box.
  3. Ship your return to the address below:

Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

*If you were gifted a SkinKick product, we will need proof of purchase. Please email your order receipt or Order # to help@skinkick.com.

If you purchased SkinKick from one of our retailers and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.
