2If I'm not 100% satisfied with my purchase, how do I return it?
We understand that sometimes this happens. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of the ship date with information about why you're returning the product. We will provide you a Return Authorization number (RA #) and shipping address. Please ship the product back to us and include a note inside the box with your name, address, phone number and RA#, along with the product that you're returning. If the returned product is received within 90 days, we will gladly credit your account for the price of the returned items, less shipping and handling.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
